Batty II joins the "A" team at Holne Chase and Holwell

After the tragic and untimely death of the infamous Batty the Basset Hound in the Autumn of 2005, Batty Two has now made her debut and is definitely following in her namesake's paw prints.  She has the now familiar aroma of "warm Shropshire Blue Cheese" from rolling in "you know what" and lies on her back on the floor to have her tummy tickled to order.  No furniture is out of bounds for her to curl up onto and the only saving grace so far is that she is not yet as audiable as her predecessor who used to "bark at the moon" till daybreak.

Now joined by her sister "Junior", also a Basset, but not quite as good looking, the pair regularly make it across the mire at Holwell to escape off to the nearest pub for "happy hour".  Come and see them soon!
