Quadrants Management Company are available to provide a comprehensive level of services to Quarterhold Owners.
However, this is an 'optional' facility and not a pre-condition of ownership. If required, Quadrants Management Company is available to manage your Property for you either partially or down to the last detail;

You decide...
Full Management from Quadrants would include the following;
- Confirming bookings
- Altering any bookings
- Letting any un-used weeks
- Taking orders for shopping, ready-made meals etc
- Cleaning and change-overs
- Calculating all related charges, issuing and collection of bills
- Compiling maintenance, refurbishment and replacement budget projections for assessment by Quadrant Owners
- Instructing any maintenance and or repairs
- Undertaking redecoration and refurbishment programmes
- Everyday service aspects such as cleaning, laundry, routine maintenance, cut flowers, delivery of groceries and any other requested services would be charged at cost plus a service charge
Payments can be made by Direct Debit every quarter, it couldn't be simpler in good hands.
