Flexible

No worries

Caring for your property will be an experienced Management Company that combines the highest standards of skills from hospitality, service and residential property management. The Management Company will also provide the route of communication between the other Quarterhold owners and can arrange for all parties to meet prior to purchase.

So, unless you would like to, you needn't be directly involved with the other Quarterhold owners post purchase.

No responsibilities

All the usual bills that would normally come flying through your letter box associated with outright property ownership, can be handled by the Management Company too; in the shape of an annual Service Charge; all you have to do is turn up.

When you do spend precious time on holiday either on your own or with family and friends, you want to know what will be awaiting you and how comfortable your stay will be each time.

Quadrants properties will benefit from a wide range of facilities and availability of activities suitable to the terrain and area they are located. For example; hire of cycles, horses, boats etc. Guides for walking, riding, fishing etc will also be available to book in advance.

Creature Comforts

It will be the intention that each Quadrant property owner will be able to bring their well-behaved dog(s) with them, it may also be possible to bring horses for livery or even Quarterhold the latter ready for your use!
